Congratulations to Bangla Tigers were crowned Champions of the 2023 Fuvahmulah Men’s T10 Cup with a victory over MTCC Fuvahmulah in the Final Match.
Winning the toss, MTCC Fuvahmulah chose to bat first in the warm evening sun at Fuvahmulah Cricket Ground.
Bangla Tigers won by 6 wkts
At the conclusion of the match Team and Individual awards were presented by Aslam Rasheed, Secretary General of Fuvahmulah City Council.

The lineups for the Semi-Finals of the 2023 Fuvahmulah Men’s T10 Cricket Cup group stage were decided after the completion last weekend of the Group Stage.
Wins for MTCC Fuvahmulah and Bangla Tigers meant that these 2 teams avoid each other. The Semi Finals will take place on Friday February 10th from 2pm at Fuvahmulah Cricket Ground.
This tournament is the 3rd T10 Tournament to be held in Fuvahmulah City and follows on from a hugely successful latter part of 2022 with a Senior Men’s, Senior Women’s and 2 Junior Tournaments taking place.
2023 has a cricket filled calendar planned for the southern island across all formats and abilities.
The T10 Format allows players that normally wouldn’t play hard-ball cricket the chance to be involved and experience. Likewise, this format allows the development of budding juniors to gain valuable exposure to senior cricket.
Matches continue every Friday 2pm and 4pm until 17th February at Fuvahmulah Cricket Ground.
