In reply, the players for Vixens couldn’t get to grips with the cunning bowling of Team YoYo. Maaha scored 22 from 21 balls as her team reached 72/1 from their 10 Overs.

Carbs won the toss and chose to bat first. Mabsar scored 18 from 13 balls and Aiman Zahir scored 17 from 15 balls as the team made a collective 82 all out from 9.1 Overs.
A magic Over from Hassan Riyaz as he took 3 wickets for zero runs.
In reply, the big guns of DSRC Spartans opened the run-chase and didn’t lose a wicket as they saw the target home in the 6th Over. Ibrahim Areesh not-out 17 runs from 9 balls and Raaidh Wasif not0out 34 runs from 26 balls.

Valifannu Team, representing Fuvahmulah Police won the toss and chose to bat first. Ali Azmeen scored 12 from 25 balls and was supported by almost all the team as they reached 68 for 6 wickets from their 10 Overs.
Mohamed Haikal took 2 wickets and one each for Riyaz, AlAmin, and Shium.
In reply, Team YoYo openers AlAmin () and Mohamed Haikal () made light work of some fast bowling from the Police. At the fall of the first wicket, young Shium went into bat and with junior Azeen together they scored 10 runs and crossed the victory line.
Team YoYo won by 6 wickets.
Thanks to the Police for creating a team for the first time in Fuvahmulah cricket tournaments. There is an emphasis on entry level cricket in these Milo Ramadan Cricket Carnival Tournaments and it is great to see the smiles and enjoyment of the players as they learn a new game or came back to the game after a long hiatus.

Spartans won the toss and chose to bat first – and wickets fell early on thanks to great bowling from the Vixens. Fathimath Maaha snaffled 2 wickets for just 9 runs from 2 Overs and Aana, Meesa and Kedhu took a wicket each.
Spartans Captain left it late to come to crease but maximised the balls available to reach 37 not out to guide his team to a healthy total of 81/6.
In reply, the Vixens couldn’t break the pace and precision of Hassan Riyaz as he took 3 wickets for just 7 runs – and mixed with this was a fielding performance of legends as Hanoon Hussain made 3 Run-outs with his mix bravery and acrobatics.

The Police team from Valifannu won the toss and chose to bat first and really got a good start with Ibrahim Ahsan scoring 16 runs and backed-up by Ahmed Sabah and Ali Azmeen as they scored a total of 91/2 from 10 Overs.
In reply, DMG Carbs openers Mabsar and Maan found it difficult against the pin-point accuracy of the Police bowlers. Mabsar bowled for 21 from 27 balls was the top scorer. Aneef (Oppo) battled through near to the end with 16 from 15 balls.
A pair fo wickets each for Ahmed Hannaad and Ahmed Najah Ali.
Team Valifannu won by 6 runs.

DMG CARBS v VIXENS CRICKET CLUB
Carbs won the toss and chose to bat first. Openers Sumaidh Solih (3 from 8 balls) and Aneef (0 from 4 balls) along woith Aivan (3 from 3 balls) all fell to super bowling and fielding from the women of Vixens Cricket Club.
3 wickets for Aishath Aana and 1 each for Ula Ali Shukuree and Aishath Aimaa was a much improved performance with ball in hand. However, Mabsar came to the centre and took the innings by the scruff of the neck to score an unbeaten 43 from 21 balls.
In reply, Aishath Aima (23 from 26 balls) was the pick of the batters for Vixens; scoring 4 boundaries was good on the eye but a long way short of reaching the impressive target of 112 set by DMG Carbs.
Mohamed Maan and Aivan took a wicket each.

TEAM YOYO v DSRC SPARTANS
Winning the toss, Dhadimagu Sports & Recreation Club Spartans chose to bat first and raced away from the blocks with Raid Wasif scoring 16 and Azin Rafeeq smashing 34 from 17 balls.
Hassan Riyaz and Jinan Jaleel continued to pick off the bad balls and took their team total to 116.
In reply, Team YoYo lost opener Mohamed Haikal for 7 form 5 balls, AlAmin followed soon after with 13 from 5 balls, Ifuhaam went first ball caught behind by a jubilant Azin Rafeeq.
Riyaz Rasheed scored a solid 42 from 27 balls after coming back from retirement.
Captain Raid played in a good spirit and bowled his team to victory taking 2 wickets for 13 runs.
DSRC Spartans won by 27 runs.

Winning the toss, Vixens put the Police team into bat first. Great tight bowling from the womens team caused pressure to build on the batsmen. Mohamed Shiham top scored with 17 from 27 balls.
Ula Ali Shukuree took 2 wickets from 1 over for just 4 runs and Aishath Aima took 2 wickets for just 2 runs from her 2 Overs.
Vixens restricted Valifannu to 48/6 from their 10 Overs.
In reply, Team Valifannu pulled out all the fight they had to bowl with skill and pace to defend their 48 Overs. And well they did bowl, taking the match to the last Over.
Fathimath Maaha scored 10 not-out and saw the victory through alongside Ula.

TEAM YOYO v DMG CARBS
Team YoYo will join DSRC Spartans in the Final MAtch of this years Tournaments after victory against DMG Carbs secured the points required to finish 2nd in the Group.
DMG Carbs batted first and lost 2 quick wickets to Mohamed Haikal and his cunning variations. Mohamed Maan battled on a difficult pitch to score 12 runs and remaining not-out, guiding the team to a total of 64/6 from 10 Overs.
In reply, Team YoYo Mohamed Alamin hit 3 maximums and 3 boundaries in an unbeaten 35 from 14 balls. Young Hamdh Hussain Ali kept the other end well scoring not-out 9 and another junior Mohamed Shium saw the target together.
