The evergreen Abdullah Shahid hit the joint fastest ever century by a Maldivian on Saturday in ROIC’s Game against Dhivehi Sifainge Club. It took just 38 balls to reach the milestone which equals the record set by Ismail Nadheem back in 2009. The blast consisted of 15 4s and4 6s.
At 42 years old Abdullah Shahid is still showing us his professionalism by his match preparation and delivering results for his team as their opening batsman and strike bowler. A talented all round sportsman that has given much to both cricket and football in his 25 year career.
