The Maldives Men’s U19 National Team travelled to U.A.E. in April 2019 to participate in the delayed Asian Cricket CouncilU19 Western Region Tournament playing against Kuwait, Qatar and Oman in Pool 2 of the competition.
Coaches Nilantha Cooray, Ismail Nihad & Captain Yoosuf Azyan Farhath led the squad on a Preparation Camp to Sri Lanka before heading out to the Emirates.
Special Recognition
Captain Yoosuf Azyan Farhath collected the Man of the Match award for his superb century in a stand-alone innings of 131 against Qatar (Group B Match 03).
