The Cricket Board of Maldives is looking to employ a Junior Cricket Coach/Coordinator for an initial period of one year, with option to extend based on performance and delivery. The Coach/Coordinator will be working at the Cricket Academy of CBM.
Scope of Work
- Lead the implementation of the junior cricket programme within the Academy.
- Establish links with schools to enroll junior/youth players into the Academy.
- Supervise and coordinate coaching staff and weekly training programs for all squads.
- Ensure implementation of the monthly activities for the squads
- Prepare monthly attendance reports and activities data.
- Interact effectively with Players, Parents, Coaches.
- Coordinate and implement the Academy tournaments and other cricket events for
various key stages.
Required Qualifications
- ACC/ICC or equivalent L1 cricket coaching certificate with at least 5 years of
experience. - ACC/ICC or equivalent L2 cricket coaching with at least 2 years of experience.

Renumeration
