The Cricket Board of Maldives held its Annual General Meeting on 20 February 2016 at Hotel Jen, Malê, Maldives.
6 Full Members 5 Executive Members and an observer attended the meeting which was chaired by President Ahmed Hassan Didi.
During the AGM members deliberated on the 2015 Annual and Audit Reports. Both reports were passed by acclamation.
The 2016 budget was also presented and approved during the meeting. It was passed by acclamation as well.
