CBL made it easy in the final of the 2014 40+ Masters Cup beating Male’ Sports by 7 wickets. Having won the toss MSC opted to bat and made 122. Ibrahim Riyaz top scored with 35 runs. Ahmed Ikram made 22 runs. In reply, CBL made the deficit in just 15 overs thanks to some wayward bowling from Male’ Sports strike bowlers. Ahmed Shahid made 53 runs and Mahmood Riyaz 29 runs. Ahmed Shahid was the top wicket taker of the tournament with 5 wickets and also was the highest run getter with 65 runs.
