The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a lull in the sporting world over the past 2 months with no live action, practices or team activities to look forward to.
Our cricketers and staff have been confined to their homes just like the majority of the world.
At a time like this, the global cricket family has been compelled to use online platforms and devise new ways of ensuring that those involved in cricket continue, where possible, to train, learn and monitor.
The Cricket Board of Maldives is offering 2 online cricket coaching courses during this month for existing coaching staff and potential new coaches.
May 9th – 13th.
1st Course – Fundamentals of Cricket
May 9th – 13th.
Times 1pm to 2:30pm
Course will cover Batting and Bowling
School Physical Education Teachers and locals looking to assist with cricket activities.

Participants will require a smart phone, laptop or desktop system with access to internet and ‘Zoom’ software installed.
May 16th – 20th.
Refresher Course for Cricket Board of Maldives Coaches.
Times 1pm to 2:30pm
Course will cover all basic aspects of cricket coaching.
