Education won the toss and decided to field and confined CRC to 92/3 off 8 overs. Mahmood Riyaz blasting 31 off 20 balls. Ebin and Dileep took one wicket.
In reply Education scored 93/2 in 8 overs. Dileep 36, Faiz 24 and Sankar 27 Runs; 18 of which came in the last over and a spectacular six over square leg to clinch a famous victory.
Presidents Office v Immigration (Presidents office won by 4 wickets)
The men from the Presidents office won the toss and decided to field. Immigration lost their way loosing all key players below ten – Amir 5, H.Riyaz 4, Adiil 4 and Zaki 3. top score from Lassan 7 runs. A collapse from the first over restricted Immigration to 62/4. Mohamed Shareef, Ghassan Maumoon and Moosa Rasheed each 1 wkt.
