Three half centuries from three youngsters set up an easy win for Offu FC in the opening match of the XL Division 2 tournament today.
Playing West Sports, Offu made 274 batting first in 40 overs loosing only 3 players. Captain Adam Nasif top scored with 61 runs from27 balls. Aziyan Yoosuf made 52, Thushar Sunil 54 and Saduhan 22 runs to post a very formidable total.
In reply, WSC were bundled out in 30 overs for 119 runs. Mohamed Faisal top scored with 25 runs. Adam and Thushar followed up their excellent batting with bowling taking 3 wickets each.
