IBS cruised to victory in the final match to be crowned champions of the 2018 Jumhooree Open Tournament. This tournament played annually during the month of Ramadan always produces fun, exciting and competitive softball cricket as well as inclusive of present, past, new, and part-time players.
The 8 overs per innings format allows 2 matches to played from the start time of 4pm and end time of approximately 5:45pm. Two further tournaments will be played before Eid; Office Tournament & Company Tournament. IBS reached the final by winning Pool 3 of the Group Stages with 2 victories. The winners of the other 2 Pools were KDM and Modus Operandi with 2 wins a piece. Sugar Cone completed the 4 team semi-finals line up by being the best 2nd placed team from the 3 Pools.
